Q : How do I rent a stream ?
A : To rent a stream, you just have to go at one of the “Snook Shoutcast Rent” shops, and pay one of the green colored servers depending of the rental length chosen (24h : L$ 79, 1 week : L$ 479, 1 month : L$ 1679).

Q : I’ve paid a stream, but I haven’t received anything in my inventory
A : Our system being entierly automaed, it is not able to write in a notecard, then, all informations of the rented stream have been sent to you in the general chat (only you can see them), you can also click on the server you rented and click “Infos” on the menu.

Q : I’ve lost my connexion informations
A : You can retrieve your informations by clicking onto the server you rented, and then choosing “Infos” on the menu. Informations will be sent in the general chat (only you can see them).

Q : I can connect onto the stream, but I get disconnected after 30 seconds
A : If you don’t send any music onto the stream, you will be automaticcally disconnected after 30 seconds. Please verify your audio parameters.

Q : With Virtual DJ, I get the message “encoder error”
A : Your encoding DLL is damaged, you can replace it by this one.

Q : The stream works but nobody hear the music on the parcel
A : Verify that you’ve set the URL in http://xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx and without any spaces.
Verify also that you’ve set the URL in the right field (Music URL) in the land properties.
Q: I’ve rented a stream, but I get the message “Password Error” when I try to connect
A :If you’re using Virtual DJ 5 or later, then you must type the password by hand and not do a copy/paste.
BE CAREFUL : When you copy/paste the passwords, verify that you haven’t copy a space before or after.
